		To be able to access our dealer pages with wholesale pricing you will need a USER NAME & PASSWORD which you can enter on the form below.Please fill this form out completely as this is the information which will automatically be entered on your order form when you order on line from this web site If DEALER STATUS is OK'ed, your account will be activated and you can go to the Dealer Login area of the web site, enter your USER NAME & PASSWORD which you previously entered in the DEALER INFO area and this will allow you access to the wholesale prices of products which you wish to resell as one of our dealers. Please read below the terms/conditions in regards to wholesale requirements , fill out the form below and Submit Your Request. I will contact you in regards to your request. If you FORGET or MISPLACE your USER NAME & PASSWORD once they are activated, simply e-mail us with what you would like as a new USER NAME/ PASSWORD and I will change them accordingly and notify you of the changes. Dealer Requirements:

	All prices are in Canadian dollars with US. dollar equivelant shown beside products. Order totals are in Canadian and US. dollars. You can choose to pay in either currency.
	A minimum opening order of $500.00 DEALER NET Canadian is required to become a dealer.
	Minimum re-orders to be $150.00 DEALER NET Canadian. Orders under $150.00 are subject to a $5.00 surcharge which will automatically be added to your order.
	Payment in full to be received before goods are shipped.
	Payment can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, Bank Transfer or Money Order. WE DO NOT SHIP C.O.D.
	Any returns are subject to a 15% re-stock charge at Northern Plains Leather Company descretion.
	Orders can be placed by E-mail, fax , regular mail or telephone. Our shop hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. central standard time, Monday though Friday. Telephone orders can be placed at this time or if after hours, recorded on our message manager system. E-mail and fax orders can be placed 24 hours a day. 	Shipping: All prices are F.O.B. Regina, Saskatchewan, CANADA. Our usual methods of shipping are courier or Canada Post. Minimum shipping charge is $8.00 Canadian. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes shown on website order form are approxiamte only. We can ship orders with the shipper of your choice if you have an account with them and verify authorization to ship orders with them freight collect on your account.
	Prices: Your USER NAME and PASSWORD which you typed in on your DEALER APPLICATION FORM will be activated upon dealer status approval which will enable you to enter the DEALER LOGIN area of our web site which shows wholesale prices in both Canadian and US. currency. The dollar exchange rate between Can$ and US$ goes up and down daily and is up dated on a regular basis on our web site. Your order will be invoice at the exchange rate of the day. If you FORGET or MISPLACE your USER NAME & PASSWORD once they are activated simply e-mail us with what you would like as a new USER NAME/ PASSWORD and they will be changed accordingly and you will be notifyed of the changes.
